Restoring the relationship we as humans have with the natural world is a basic survival need for our species and the many other species we share the earth with. It is also an important aspect of our psychological and spiritual health. We are not separate from the earth and restoring our relationship with nature helps us manage the stress and anxiety that modern life brings.
 
The earth supports us with every breath, every bite of food, and every sip of water. A conscious and reciprocal relationship with nature lays a foundation for personal strength and resilience.
